Gen. Bod. Meeting: Parental Engagement in the Classroom

Today we had a meeting about Parental Engagement in the Classroom, which featured three guest speakers: Abigail Kayser and Judy Paulick from Curry, and Mariel Mendez from Albemarle Schools! We talked about the importance of mutual respect and communication as well as specific strategies for bringing parents into the classroom community and for becoming a part of the community ourselves.
